UCPD #76 Sean Aranas Violently Arrests Disabled Man, Takes His Prosthetic Leg

After 16 minutes of conversation, UCPD Officer Aranas finally decides that instead of using some legal pretense, he simply attacks a woman and a disabled man. Bizarre and sadistic, Aranas handcuffs the man whose prosthetic leg has come off and forces him to "hop" at least 100 yards to the police car. These are human rights violations.
