No Pepper Spray in Berkeley! Berkeley City Council to Consider Use of Pepper Spray for Crowd Control

Berkeley City Council is being asked by BPD chief to allow cops to use pepper spray for crowd control as a "special measure." Pepper Spray for crowd control was forbidden because it is dangerous, carcinogenic and can have unintended health effects. Berkeley Copwatch worked to ban/limit the use of pepper spray and we still protest its use.
