Testimony from 2nd Raid, 12/21

At about 10am on December 21, 2016 Berkeley Police prevented the same people of the Poor Tour who had been displaced from their location on Adeline and Oregon Street earlier that morning from establishing themselves on the lawn in front of the Old City Hall on Martin Luther King Way.

Homeless people report on how they were given notice to disperse, and only five minutes later were being forcibly removed. Folks also report on having their possessions taken without being given receipts and having possessions taken from their arms.
